Lisa Sherring is appointed as a Storm Recovery Navigator to be based at Visionwest and to support those still affected by the 2023 floods.

On 17 March, Whare Hiwa – the house of hopes and dreams – a supported accommodation programme for young wāhine opens.

Home Healthcare launches MobilityPlus enabling Support Workers and Coordinators to communicate effectively with each other and coordinate service delivery to clients.

The Wellbeing Centre begins to offer free counselling for West Aucklanders who have been affected by the 2023 Auckland floods.

On 30 May, new offices for the Waikato branch of Home Healthcare officially open in Kirikiriroa, Hamilton.

Manaaki Kai, Visionwest’s social supermarket celebrates one year since it’s opening on 8 June 2023; 2,455 shoppers used the service in that time.
