Te Kapu weekly community lunch celebrates one year of operation – up to 100 now attend each week.

Our second annual Giving Day, encouraging supporters to donate and have their generosity doubled raises $71,910 to be used for kai support.

Minister Marama Davidson visits Visionwest to announce two key programmes; an Outreach Services contract for Community Housing, and a Rangatahi Supported Housing service.

On 19 October, the Wellbeing Centre moves into new counselling rooms at the back of the Glendale Road site (46A Ambler Ave).

On 24 November, Eden Cottage celebrates 40 years of serving the community with
many past staff, parents and pupils attending.

Christmas From The Heart 2023 sees over 4,000 people provided with Christmas food and children’s gifts.

Lisa Sherring is appointed as a Storm Recovery Navigator to be based at Visionwest and to support those still affected by the 2023 floods.

A wānanga is held to help understand God’s intention of Te Tiriti and how its principles could work within Visionwest. This led to a shared leadership model being approved.
